DUBAI WINS EXPO 2020
 
Dubai flies into celebration mode as the World Expo 2020 is in the bag. A historic night for the UAE in Paris as the emirate storms home with 116 votes in the final round, to 47 for Russia. A momentus victory! The world community reaffirmed its confidence in the UAE on 27th November 2013, approving Dubai’s bid to host the World Expo 2020.
 




UAE National Day 2013
 

To celebrate the UAE’s 42nd National Day, the Government of Dubai has planned a wide range of family activities and festive performances, including shows, children's attractions, a downtown parade and much more, at shopping malls, parks and other venues around town. This includes the Official UAE National Day Celebrations taking place at the Burj Park and the UAE National Day Parade which will be conducted on the Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard.

 
 

Dubai Shopping Festival 2014
 
The Dubai Shopping Festival, the biggest shopping and entertainment extravaganza in the Middle East, will kick-off Dubai’s events calendar in the New Year with a wide range of events, activities and promotions that will bring to the forefront the world famous festival’s charm of offering a rewarding shopping experience in an entertaining yet relaxed ambience.
